Shipping Policy

Shipping Process

1. Postal Service:

   • We use the postal service to ship our products from Senegal.
   • Please note that once the package leaves Senegal, the tracking number won’t show details of the journey until it arrives in your country and clears customs.
     

2. Local Delivery:

   • After customs clearance, your local postal service takes over for final delivery.
     
   • Once the package is cleared, tracking information is usually available in your country's postal service website.
     

Packaging

1. Recycled Wrapping:
   • Our packaging is made from recycled, used large bags.
   • Despite its appearance, this method effectively protects our voluminous items during transit.

Shipping Fees

1. Journey Coverage:
   • The shipping fee you paid covers the journey from Senegal to your country.
   • It does not include any import taxes, VAT, or other fees collected by your country’s customs. 
   • Any additional charges such as import tax, VAT or process fees are at your charge.

Delivery Time

1. Varied Transit Times:
   • Transit times vary due to other countries’ postal services within the Universal Postal Union.
   • Factors like transit, custom clearance, dispatch, and local delivery impact the overall time.
   • Please understand that these factors are beyond our control.
